Autofract — a studio

Software thatruns itself.

An independent studio building antifragile AI systems. Four production platforms. 100+ services. Zero dashboards to babysit.

Most software is a dashboard. It waits for you, stares at you, asks to be configured. We build the opposite: systems that watch themselves, heal themselves, and come back stronger every time something breaks. Chaos is scheduled. Verification is adversarial. Every fact ships with a receipt. Antifragile by design — with a character that stays.

Selected systems

Four platforms. One doctrine.

Everything below is real, in production, and drawn from the actual architecture. Open a case and pull the graph apart — every node is a running system.

The doctrine

How we build.

01

Failure is fuel

We schedule chaos instead of fearing it. Circuit breakers, retries with memory, and AI workers that diagnose their own wreckage — every outage makes the system harder to kill.

02

Adversarial by default

Nothing ships on one opinion. Writer agents are shadowed by refuting agents; fidelity gates re-fetch every source; QA engines score every artifact against dozens of rules before it exists in public.

03

Receipts, not claims

Every fact carries its source and its date. Append-only logs, hash-chained ledgers, tamper-evident history. If we can't prove it, we don't publish it.

04

No babysitting

Software should not need a human staring at it. Our platforms deploy themselves, roll themselves back, translate themselves and moderate themselves — and page nobody.

An independent studio.

Autofract is an independent software studio. Four production platforms share one engineering doctrine: self-healing infrastructure, an autonomous video factory, a tamper-evident price record, and an open-data relocation hub — over a hundred services, designed, built and operated end to end.

Not VC-funded, not hiring. We build slowly, on purpose, for the long run.
